how to eradicate HIV from the body ?

The reason for incurability of HIV by present knowledge is the integration of viral DNA in the DNA of latently infected cells, which lasts for prolong time in human body e.g. MONOCYTES, macrophages. Thus key problem we have to under stand. A creative thinking( rational knowledge, that is, there should be some way to solve the problem, that is dialectical thinking and there by continuous searching for related knowledge.and application of them in practice.) should be carried out for disintegration of viral DNA from his cells DNA.

UV light causes damages of DNA, More potentially of viral one, than of host cells, because of viral DNA contains much more amount. (5 times more) of the aromatic amino acid (Tyrosine and phenylalanine). Highly Photosensitive DNA are small & primitive in structure, less stable in Uv exposure.That's why it may be possible to nicked out the viral DNA from the host cell DNA This will be solved the Major problem of-that is Incurability  of HIV

 infection.

The mechanism of Action of UV light ‘laser is that all the viral proteins, enzymes & DNA have photoreceptor (e.g. prosthetic group or aromatic amino acids). These substances highly react with specific band of light causing alteration in their structures resulting lethal to viruses; when light is exposed to the blood/affected cell.Uv light is applied in the various modalities of disinfections e.g. virus/bacteria, as disinfectants to purify drinking water, to purify drug, Instruments, Containers in drug industries and hospitals. This is a vitro application another various vivo application e.g. UVBI, ILBI are used to treat various viral and bacterial disease in the Russia, USA, & eastern part of European countries..There are positive results (in their preliminary research) regarding use of UVBI In HIV/AIDS patient in Africa. With good clinical improvement and significant laboratory test improvement. This gives a confidence and Validity to carry out this study in Nepal also. There was still not occurred significant side affects from UV BI. Thus, it is said to be safety procedure.

(II) Stokes Law :- States that 4th wavelength of secondary fitted rays one greater than the wavelength of the primary exciting rays.

(III) Bunsen-Roscoe Law :- States that a photochemical change is proportional to the intensity and duration of illumination (exposure of light).

(iv) Grotthus-Draper Law :- Status that only light that is absorbed can act chemically.
